Forgotten Passwords

Selecting the Forgot Password link will prompt you to enter the email address linked to your account. Clicking Recover Account will then send an email to your account, with details on how to reset your password.

Please check all of your email inboxes, as the recovery email may have been diverted to your spam or junk folder.

Follow the instruction provided, within the password reset email, and follow the link to the Portfolio 3Sixty Reset Password screen.

Enter your email address and your new password into the Password and Confirm New Password fields.

Finally click the “Click here to log in” link. This will take you back to the log in page where you can login with your username and newly set password.
