Resetting your Password
The link in your email will take you to a new login screen where you can create a new password. It cannot be a password you have used for Key2Key before, and it must meet our security requirements by being at least 8 characters long, and containing upper-case and lower-case letters, as well as at least one number and at least one of the following special characters: ^ $ % & @ #
(Please note: underscore (_), equals (=), comma (,) or full-stop (.) can be used, but do not qualify as a special character).
Instances where the password has not met the required security standards, or the passwords entered do not match, will be flagged with a notification in red.
Once your password meets the security criteria, and both instances match, click the Submit button to commit this as your Key2Key password, moving forwards. You will then be able to access the system.
