To amend the form set on a page and location amendments please follow the steps below. 

1. Navigate to V10 

2. Choose the relevant Franchise
3 Click the tab 'Enquiry Pages'
4. Select the relevant site page that you need to amend the form for. 

5. Click Edit on the URL you need to amend

6. To amend the form type select the tab 'Form Details' 

7. On the drop-down select the relevant form you want to appear on the enquiry page 

8. To amend the locations that appear on the list of the form select 'Enquiry Locations' 

Here you will have the option to custom the locations you need or all can appear.
