Key2Key incorporates the names of your sales staff into the customer database. Both the name of the team member who sold the customer their current vehicle, and the colleague who is currently assigned to the customer, can be viewed as part of each customer record.
Sales Person vs Assigned User
Sales Person
The team-member who handled the transaction when the customer entered their current agreement.
Assigned User
The team-member who is currently assigned to handle the customer’s contact and renewal journey.
Finding this Information
On the Details Page:
You can find this in the agreement tab of the extended details section, to the left of the customer details page.
On the List Page:
Sales person and assigned user may not be part of your default list page columns, and may need to be selected from the list page customisation menu using the eye icon.
Searching by Salesperson
You can find the option to search by sales person in the people tab of the search menu. This will return those customers who were brought into their current agreement by the selected sales person or sales people.
Searching by Assigned User
The assigned user search is available directly below the sales person search option.
The assigned user searches can be can be used independently or in combination with each other, to produce a list of customers assigned to particular users within a certain date-range. You can also combine these parameters with the sales person search, to refine your list further.
