What are Lapsed Customers?
The Key2Key system dashboard shows a pod title Lapsed Customers (depending on the organisation you belong to). Within this category you will find all those customers who have a finance agreement which expired within the last six months, and who have not yet renewed within the brand. These customers are still an ideal prospect for contact and potential renewal.
When clicked through this generates a list-page of your Lapsed Customers, which can be interrogated,
updated, and added to campaigns in the same way as any other list of customers.
Where are Lapsed Customers counted?
Key2Key includes several summary counts at the top of pages, for easy reference and consideration in your prospecting activities, only some of these counts will include your Lapsed Customers.
How can I find my Lapsed Customers?
Aside from using the dashboard pod to find your Lapsed Customers (as shown on image 1), you can also locate them using the Search menu to include them in your customer database interrogation.
By default setting system searches will not include Lapsed Customers in the results they return to you.
This is true for searches by name, keyword and registration, as well as ones made using the Search tabs.
The option to include Lapsed Customers within a list of customers, or to view them independently of the
other customers in your database, is found in the Search menu by navigating to the Flags section and Lapsed options.
