Here you can; view helpful guides and FAQs, submit a request to the ATG Support Team, view your outstanding requests and liaise with the team on Live Chat.
Guides and FAQ's
- To access the guides (https://support.atg.auto/hc/en-gb), firstly, select the relevant product; NetDirector, SalesMaster, Key2Key or AutoFutura .
- Once selected a product, a list of relevant articles and FAQs will display.
- You can view and download the articles as you wish.
- If, however, you are unable to find the answer you are looking for, please do feel free to submit a request to the ATG Support Team who will be able to assist.
Submit a Requests
- To submit a request to the ATG Support Team (https://support.atg.auto/hc/en-gb), select ‘submit a request’ which is located in the top of the page.
- You will be presented with a field whereby you are required to select which type of request you will be submitting as follows;
- Report an error or data discrepancy.
- Request a change.
- Login request / issue.
- Ask for help or training request.
- Once selected, the remaining part of the form will display, as follows;
- Enter your email address.
- Enter a subject for the request you are submitting.
- Select the relevant product from the dropdown.
- Enter the details of the request within the ‘description’ field, including a system link or affected URL.
- You have the ability to attach links i.e. images/documents to your request.
- Once submitted, this will enter the ATG Support Team system, and you will have received an email confirming this, along with a ticket ID which has been generated for your new request.
- The ATG Support Team will pick up your request and liaise with you directly.
View your Requests.
- To be able to view your requests, please select the ‘My Requests’ in the top right-hand side of the Support Centre ((https://support.atg.auto/hc/en-gb).
- If you have a login to www.netdirector.co.uk, please use your login credentials here to access your requests.
- If you do not have an account with NetDirector, do not worry, please submit a request to the ATG Support Team who can create an account.
- Once you are successfully logged in, a list of your requests will appear with the relevant status; Open, Pending, On hold or Solved.
- You can select a ticket, view the thread, and add further comments to the ticket at the bottom of the page.
- This will send an alert through to the ATG Support Agent once comment has been added, and they will respond shortly.
Live chat
- To be able to start a live chat with a member of our ATG Support Team, within the Help Centre (https://support.atg.auto/hc/en-gb).
- Select the ‘Live Chat’ icon in the bottom left-hand corner.
- This will display a pop up where you can enter your message.
- Once entered, you will receive an automatic response, and this will flag to the ATG Support Team.
- A member of the ATG Support Team will then join the live chat and speak with you directly.
